Yes! With a $25 fee we can port over your existing phone number no problem. Phone number ports generally take 7-10 business days to complete
We do an initial on site survey (free of charge!) to determine what is needed, but we recommend planning for an hour for installation with additional time needed for hands on training. However, we can have your first phone up within minutes of our arrival so you won’t miss any calls!
Our rates are generally $0.10- $0.68 per minute depending on the country. We are always honest and upfront with our pricing and we can customize a flat rate monthly for international minutes so you always know what you will be paying.
We support most major VoIP telephone manufactures. Our most popular phone is the Yealink T46 series of phones - but if you have a question about phone support, just email us at sales@tekwerks.com and we are happy to answer any questions you might have.
No! If you are someone who is on the go, or does not want your team utilizing physical phones anymore to reduce upfront cost, we can deploy an all mobile based communication platform. We are happy to schedule a video conference to show you how it is used before we deploy.
If you are unfamiliar, that 4 letter word means Voice over Internet Protocol, which is a nice way of saying phones over the internet. Since most VoIP services are cloud-based, you can move away from traditional phone providers who charge higher rates for fewer features. Most businesses report a cost savings of 70% after migrating to a VoIP system.
Nope. Just like most of our other services, we hope that the value we provide will be enough to keep you around for a long time. If you don’t like it though, you can move on at any time.
Well, hopefully we are your internet provider and can help with that! However, if your internet goes down OR the power at your location goes out - you can seamlessly switch over to using our smart phone based app to answer and place calls, or you can just unplug your phone and take it home. Plug that phone into your internet router and you are good to go! You can also purchase an inexpensive WiFi adapter to make your phone truly as mobile as it can get.
We do. We can offer a hosted fax or a t.38 fax line that we service using an ATA adapter which converts the internet line into a fax line. Our fax service is $10/month for unlimited faxes.
