Simply put, there is no difference in the internet that you use. Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISPs) use radio frequencies to deliver your internet instead of cabling that comes from telephone poles or underground fiber. That’s it!

If your internet line with fiber or standard cabling is cut due to maintenance, an accident, or vandalism, your internet can be down for hours or days. This is what we call ‘a single point of failure.’ We don’t have that problem! As long as there is power, you will have internet.

No, not for our standard internet package! Some of our higher end services, such as fiber or Ultra speeds, do require a 1 year contract, but we work with you to make sure you understand the terms. We won’t hide behind a contract!

We do offer support over the weekends - just send a request through your customer portal or a direct email to our support line, and we will be available to help.

We strive to install your service as fast as possible! Our installation days are Tuesday-Friday, 8AM -4PM.

We offer multiple ways to make payments: the best is to utilize your customer portal at portal.tekwerks.com - you can also call in to our office with a credit card or drop a payment off to us at our office directly, then you can meet the whole staff!

Our wireless service installation is similar to DirecTVs, we affix an antenna to the roof of your building and run an outdoor rated network wire into the home or business. We require two power outlets, one for our antenna and one for the router, and that’s it! The whole process takes between 1 - 1.5 hours. Our techs are professionally trained so your install will be quick and easy, just the way we like it!

We get this question a lot, and it is hard to answer in a sentence or two, but the short answer is YES! Large corporations have used clever marketing tools to convince customers that more speed = faster - but that is not the case. Statistics of our customers show that a residential customer uses an average of 8Mbps at a time - so 100Mbps we believe will work for almost every application. But don’t take our word for it - we offer a contract-free service so you are the one who decides if it works for you or not. Don’t like it? Cancel within 30 days for a return of your first month's payment.

No! We do not have late fees. However, after 60 days of non-payment, your service will be suspended until delinquent invoices are paid.
